I FINALLY got around to throwing that blanket I bought at the thrift store a few days ago into the wash. I just kept putting it off and putting it off, because whenever I'd remember it, it would usually be too late at night to wash anything without disturbing my roommates.

For me it depends. I sometimes do.want to do multiple things in one day. I do try and perform one task at a time and then move one. I have gone one place in the day and another in the evening. Performed multiple chores/responsibilities/etc... in one day. Sometimes I just do the difficult thing so it is done. If I have to do something very mentally or physically taxing my willingness to do other things may decrease. Slightly inconvenient is not usually enough of a deterrent.

I have that problem, too. I often end up doing far less than I originally planned to do. It's not that I plan to do too much but I spend too much energy and time for one thing and get mentally too exhausted. It must have something to do with my OCD. I am a perfectionist (not saying I'm perfect) and find it hard to do multiple things just casually.

I feel if I try to do too many things that I won't be able to do any of them correctly or thoroughly enough to avoid creating some extra problems.

I have the same exact problem. I will have a revision timetable set out and I will only manage to get one subject done. It's a great inconvenience, considering the fact that the exams are only less than a few weeks away. :(

This is a daily struggle for me and if it was not for my smartphone I would not get anything done that needs to be done or get to places on time.

I find that my OCD actually helps in that regard. Once I have my plan I'm compulsive about carrying it out. Sometimes I have two plans in case of bad weather or some other foreseen obstacle.
