What kinds of sounds piss you off??
>chalk on a chalkboard
>styrofoam screeching
>people talking in really cheerful, happy, loud voices (especially when I've just got out of bed)
>my mom when she whistles incoherent things in a breathy, high-pitched noise
>country music
that's all I can think of
edit: people chewing???! !?!?! !! omfg this pisses me off so bad.

Country music (if it's not Cash) and LEAF BLOWERS. Those are the worst damn machines ever invented, just about all the rest get a pass from me. Even most guns. Leaf blowers are even harmful to the dudes using them, not to mention completely futile.

Plates and dishes clanging, ouch! Such a sharp kind of noise, makes me shut one eye.
Someone walking about in the room above me if the floor is hollow. Especially if they're moving furniture, sounds like they're rolling bowling balls.
Loud motorcycles or cars with loud engines.
When car drivers sound their horn. It's even more irritating when they sound their horn just to show off or love to just play with the horn just because it makes a sound, like a baby does with a toy.
Bells ringing in some supermarkets to alert the workers that there's a delivery. I have a phobia of bells, I prefer being startled by a buzzer rather than a bell.
Children. Enough said.
The next door neighbours hammering or drilling something.
Loud dogs barking, especially those little yappy ones that are vicious and find anything to bark at. Why do people like those kinds of dogs?
Hearing distant music from somewhere at night, especially when I can feel it more than hear it.
Hearing someone's music out loud when out it public. What's wrong with wearing earphones? Not everybody likes Justin Bieber or whatever these youngsters listen to these days.
People who have a loud cough. Sorry if that offends you if you have a loud cough but it really does grate on my nerves.
People keep laughing in public. It sets off my social anxiety because I always think they're laughing at me.
Hearing a TV murmuring from another room.

Good one.
People chewing.
Snoring. I took today off to work on writing and have peace and quiet. Of course, my girlfriend decided to stay up until 2 am last night drinking, and woke up vomiting. So instead of the quiet day off that I planned, I now have to deal with her snoring, her cell phone alarm going off (she keeps deciding to go into work later and later), and her waking up intermittently to vomit. This is after she decided to start cleaning at 11 PM-2 AM last night (I went to bed at 11). I hate telling her when I plan to take off a Monday like this, because it inevitably leads to her doing this and thinking that somehow this equates to "time together." This will no doubt lead to some argument later when I am termed "selfish" and "an as*hole."
Loud motorcycles or other engines.
Neighbors talking in apartments around me.
Ringtones.
Someone's TV on in another apartment.
People talking loudly outside my window.
I also hate how people talking in commercials, but I think that has to do with how dumb they sound (and how the corporations seem to think all consumers are dumb), instead of the actual sounds themselves. I don't know why each time someone is surprised in a commercial or show or film they now have to say, "Really?" in response to what's surprising them. Yes, really. Things happen that we don't understand.

I really hate sudden clanging or squeaking of metal. People bump the stainless steel tables at my work and they scrape across the floor in a high pitched squeal which incapacitates me. I drop whatever I'm holding and cover my ears, trying not to panic, and I lose my words for several minutes afterward. My coworkers know to be more careful about that these days.
I also really hate things like dogs barking, babies crying, motorcycles/loud cars with obnoxious engines, crowds of people talking or laughing and cheering loudly, like while watching sports games in restaurants, squealing hydraulic brakes, or people talking too loudly or in quiet spaces, or letting their kids run and yell in stores.

Thanks to Olympiadis for my fantastic avatar!
Sounds that I hate, let's see:
- Forks scratching a plate.
- "Troll voice" people in my class making it all the time at I hate them for it among other things.
- Vacuum cleaner.
- Loud clapping.
- Sound of the bell.
- The high pitch voice of the people in my class due to the fact they haven't hit puberty (I have).
So basically high pitched, loud noises bug me.

I think you should break up with your girlfriend.
But what you said about commercials is so true!! AAAA!! I hate it sooo much! People tlak like idiots in them and use fake voices. Yes every damn commercial seems to think its somehow SOOO funny and cool to use the "Really?!?!" and "ah uh uh uh!!" as in to stop someone from talking.
I hate it when commercials use female voices that sound like they are smiling when talking and all nice. Its so stupid sounding.
For me if I am in a place or situation where certain sounds are not supposed to happen I get really pissed off and cannot function normally. I go crazy. Things as everyone hsa said like loud cell phone talkers, people outsie a window talking, stupid beeps or sounds etc. I cannot stand that idiotic whistle that so many dorks use on their smartphones to alert them of a text. It is the stupidest dumbest sound ever for a whistle and does not sound like a real whistle. It is an annoying pitch and musical notes. It goes like "Wooowee wee woo wooo." Really quick. I hate it when people recieve a lot of texts and it is ocnstantly going off. TURN IT OFF IDIOT!! ! MUTE IT!!
What is funny is I often use a leaf blower and weed wacker an saws to cut off limbs or small branches when I do odd jobs for a guy who has me do yard work and work at his house and building. I am not bothered by the noise when I am using it. I also am not annoyed when workes around a complex use equipment like that because I know it is benefiting the area and making it cleaner and it never lasts long. But if it was all day I would be annoyed.
I hate it when people sneeze and sound weak or stupid. Like they go AAAAAAA cheeyo.....really really small. Like a big AAA or breathing in and then pechew...like its weak or not even much power. Its idiotic. Its not a real sneeze and has no effect how the frick can you feel better if you are not sneezing hard? Sneeze normal!! Some chicks do this a lot and it makes me so upset. One girl in a class I was in in college did that and I said "Hey what the heck! Sneeze like a normal person!!" And then these girls behind me laughed and thought I was funny. So at least they didnt think I was bad.
The thing with me, whereas my mom, dad, or other people can be annoyed by stuff they can put it out of their minds and ignore it. They can function and continue reading or whatever. For me I cannot. I cannot at all focus an I feel miserable. Its like the intensity is high for me but not for others.
Cars engines being really loud while accelerating
Thumping Bass
Edit: I also hate the troll voice ^^ and I hate the fire alarms at school (I'm sure everyone does)
But I love the sound of people typing on a keyboard
I love that too. Especially a tell keyboard that is plugged into a computer via USB port. Mmmm...
I think the one I love is called Dell keyboard SK-3106.
