In class I am either one of two people: the shy quiet one or the loud obnoxious one. Often when I am loud and seemingly obnoxious a few kids will find me halirous and when they laugh at my jokes and stuff it makes me feel good and accepted. For example, the teacher told us to focus and do our work (we weren't in trouble really just kinda a hey don't get too off track kind of deal) and I said "does anyone else think ms.hername suck? I said it intentionally sarcastically and in like a deep weird voice (there's only so much I can describe in type) I wasn't saying she actually sucked I liked her allot I was just kidding or fooling around. But she moved me to the back of the classroom I was worried she thought I was serious and she told me she knew I was kidding I was just getting hyper and needed to be alone to focus on the assignment.
So is it possible for a aspie to have done this?

Yes. I make people laugh. Don't listen to stereotypes.

I think people's sense of humor and understanding of social cues is far less developed when they're young, though, so they're more likely to upset people or act out instead. There can be a very thin line between funny and offensive or funny and uncomfortable.

So it's safe to say some people have aspergers more mild than others? Like I can understand and often use sarcasm and most of my conversations are 2 way.

Not necessarily "more mild", but every individual is different, so different symptoms will have different strengths.

Many autism criteria are written with young children in mind. Often we pick up on things like sarcasm as we grow up.

As for the original post - Dan Harmon wrote one of the funniest TV shows of all time. I think it's safe to say autistic people can be funny.

I hate to bombard you like this but if you can, what would you say are symptoms you MUST have to qualify as a aspie?

A few people have liked my sense of humor, I guess it is possible. I am a different person around people I am comfortable around.

While it didn't really start out intentionally I don't believe, I learned my natural tendency to share observations, often in a droll manner, was amusing to a lot of people. So between that and my tendency to sort of pantomime, or talk in exaggerated inflection when trying to convey certain ideas, NTs tend to find me highly entertaining. Understanding that now, I will do it to be deliberately humorous.

I've made a lot of people laugh on purpose. I've been told I have a good sense of humor. If I don't laugh or think something is funny it's usually because, well why should I think that when it's some ugly remark about women and/or autistic people? And then these people who made the remark have the nerve to say I have no sense of humor. :?

I can make people laugh. One time at school when I was a teenager, a friend of mine suddenly decided not to be my friend any more for no apparent reason, but I tried not to be upset by it. It was a Friday afternoon, and in science I was acting rather humorous. My science class was only small so I wasn't so shy. I was fooling around, passively arguing with the teacher in a sort of jokey way, which made the other kids laugh. Then when the bell rang for home time, my friend came up to me again and said sorry for not wanting to be my friend earlier, and that she wants to make it up to me. Apparently my sense of humour made her laugh so much that she decided not being my friend any more would be a mistake.

Unfortunately these moments of laughter and popularity didn't last long. The next time I entered science, I was back to being the unpopular, quiet one again.

Perhaps I had Bipolar, and was only liked when I was manically happy and highly sociable.
