perfect.

I think that one associates it too much with children and would make people not realize its also a condition for adults...

Well when I first came here I thought the alien looked a bit 'adulty'.

Thanks!

sigholdaccountlost, the image with the space/starts background is the one that I did following your advise... That is what you meant, not??? To replace the all black background with a space one (stars and planets from afar kind of thing, I assumed).
If not, could you be a bit more specific of what you had in mind? A description or some pic that has something similar on it so I can see what you mean? Thanks too!

Those are great and all, but I was thinking something a little more simple, you know? But it's cool. I would go with the suggestion to use the "clost the gap" one on lapel button or something.

If you want simple what about instead of a puzzle piece, a Rubic's cube kind of logo maybe a small scale cube with 9 subes on each side and while 8 are all in place only one is wrong color/wrong side?

Indicating that Aspies are isolated because they don't fit, while they are still part of society as the 9th cube is part of the other 8, and Rubic's Cube also represents our high IQ and abilities. I will work on the idea on Photoshop and post here the actual logo as I see it when it's done.

Here are the results:

This version/colors can also be rotated for a more dramatic/dynamic approach:

I have also worked with other version/colors such as:

and...

Let me know what you think of the colors and rotation.

I said I have been 'working' on that for a while... :D
And feedback always helps push me ito the right direction...

Personally I hope Alex gets rid of the 'alien' picture, I find the notion that I am somehow 'alien' to other 'normal' humans to be VERY offensive.

Symbols are what you make them. I like the alien because that is how I feel sometimes. Aliens are cool, anyway. They are the subject of countless books and movies. People are looking for them, using SETI to try to find them.

You are offended by the Alien image because it's not human and yet you call yourself 'Santa Claus'?

Hmmm I am not sure if this is very sad or just hilarious...

And how many humans do you know that live on the North Pole, wear only red and white, have Elves for helpers and get around in sleighs pulled by flying reindeer????
