Lately my sensory issues are worse than ever.

Rubbing really gets to me and hurts. Anything from someone rubbing arms, PANT LEGS are the worse, and paper etc.

Well at work it's been hell lately!

Any ideas why sensory things that I somewhat had control over would come back with a vengeance?

Anyone have tips on how to calm it? Help

Well I know things like not enough sleep and or too much caffeine can make me more sensitive.
Pain relievers like Alive or Ibuprofen sometimes helps some.
But yeah my sensitivity goes up and down too. There are days when I simply can't function because of it.

my life if chaotic and it isn't going to change anytime soon, I think because I'm on overload my sensory sensitivities have been giving me hell, it's painful and I zone out and my joints ache to be squeezed to relieve the horrible feeling within them.
I don't know how to fix it but I try to do things that are calming for me and go for long walks.
