When stressed I will usually do one of two things:
A) I will play club/dance music and dance/spin while delving into somethings that I find relaxing, usually dog breeds
B) my interest in cultural anthropology takes a more scientific turn and I study genetics and forensic anthropology (when my stress level is EXTREME I distract myself with the more morbid/wild side of this and sociology)
