Ticking clocks drive me insane. A friend of mine has a few around his (otherwise quiet) house and if I stay there I have to listen to music or something because it drives me mad, especially as they are all out of sync.
Sirens, high pitched noises, kids skrieking, rattling and buzzing on trains and buses, adverts, people talking on the radio or on YouTube (if I'm not actively listening) any kind of background chatter does my head in.
Texture wise, I was worse when I was a kid, hated denim on my bare skin, seams on clothes, wool was my worse enemy, hated to even have it on top of other clothes. Now I just wear leggings all the time and cut the tags out. The feeling of a duvet or pillow without a cover on it, ugh. Or when the corner of the fitted sheet comes away and I can feel the mattress underneath.
