...If your very obsessive friend tells you that you are being too obsessive. (this actually happened to me today)

if you consider sleeping with the plasticine figures you crafted by your side, all by hand because you have become soooo attached to them for some stupid reason.

...you hear or even feel someone playing a beat/music by the very weak vibrations in the ground despite the source of the music/noise being far away and it's driving you nuts because it is going on for quite a while.

...you immediately hear your neighbour playing music by the smallest bass vibrations but nobody else in the same house notices it.

...you describe "unwanted" music as noise and are disturbed by it while nobody else is bothered by it.

...you hear the high-pitched frequency of a device like a TV on standby.

The first two/three in this post are what's happening here right now... :x

I liked recess because I could blow off steam. I hated recess because that's when all the chaos started and you couldn't be alone. At least in class, I could listen or not to a teacher and just draw in the back of the class.

Amazing how what is good for one can be really bad for another.

...If you can determine your pulse any time without touching an artery because you can feel and hear your heart beat faintly when it's quiet and there is not much else going on.

...If you can hear your heartbeat and it keeps you awake because it's an unwanted noise.

...you can hear your heartbeat and it makes you even more tired.

In my case it actually helps me fall asleep, I like it. :)

I am soooo jealous. It bugs the hell out of me to have that sound 'whooshing' through my ears. It doesn't help that the tempo changes with my breathing. Inhale, a bit faster, exhale, slower....

It drives me crazy when my heart beat "wooshes" in my ears! The worst part is if you cover your ears it just sounds louder :x
Once I woke up and the wooshing noise was so loud, my half asleep brain thought the fact that I was shaking was some weird sensation from my heart beat. Later I told my mom and she told me that it had been a minor earth quake that had occured earlier not my heart beat

You see your drawing of your favorite cartoon character posted in school along with all the other kid's drawings, and you notice that either you were the only one who drew the character free-hand and didn't copy or trace from another picture, or that you're the only one who made up your own character instead of what the other kids are all into.

If you'd rather fashion yourself after an old TV character who appears to be on the autistic spectrum than fit in with the rest of society.

if every time you try and talk in a conversation, another person says your interrupting them, or just talks over you and continues on so you just stop about a second into your sentence, if they say your interrupting them, even if they stopped talking about 2 minutes ago, when is it long enough ago to stop being their turn?

You wake up in the summer to see that it's hot, bright and sunny, and that makes you UNhappy because it means you'll have to wear shorts and sunscreen when you go out. If you go out. Which you may only do to go swimming.

Summer doesn't officially start until you go swimming.

You practically *lived* in the water all summer long as a kid.

You can't understand why other people go to the beach only to bake in the sun and not go for a swim.
