I did the Cambridge Face Memory Test:
Thank you for taking part in this experiment.
Your accuracy in the experiment was: 90% The average score on this test is around 80% correct responses for adult participants.
A score of 60% or below may indicate face blindness.
In the last experiments where they didn't show the faces clearly I was mostly guessing though.
It would have been nice if they had included female faces instead of only male faces.
Btw irl I always think that people won't recognise me if I for example change my hair colour, wear a hat or tie back my hair. I'm always surprised when people do recognise me. Anyone else who gets that feeling?
Funny, my score was 58:

I can see someone I've seen 100 times and fail to recognize them, and I can have two photos of someone on my computer and not realize for a year that they're the same person. But I never thought that if I changed my hair color or tied up my hair people wouldn't be able to recognize me. I mean, even I can tell that Clark Kent is Superman with glasses on. This however suggests how an ace reporter like Lois Lane could miss the fact that two identical people are the same guy -- clearly, she suffers from prosopagnosia!
