Do you often have trouble sleeping? Have you ever been awake stressed knowing you have a busy day coming up and it’s going to happen without any sleep? I learned some tips in how to deal with this; how to make a busy day with little or no sleep easier: 1) Drink a cup of coffee at two specific times during the day- morning and late afternoon. 2) Take short 10-20 minute meditative breaks throughout the day. 3) Try taking a nap at least 10 minutes if you can. Even a ten minute nap during a lunch break can significantly help! 4) Don't move throughout the day slowly- sitting down a lot. Instead, move throughout the day in a semi-fast energetic pace. 5) Prepare things in advance to help eliminate things that could make a day with little or no sleep harder. 6) Break up tasks into smaller chunks and write things down more- short term memory and multitasking abilities will be hindered somewhat with less sleep. 7) If you need a moment where you mind needs to be more alert- such as at a moment where you really need think or focus on something, take a brisk walk or jog. More blood flow will make your mind more alert. 8) Eat more fruits, vegetable, and other nutritious, protein, and energy concentrated foods throughout the day. 9) No matter how hard it might seem, you can always get through a busy sleepless day. I hope this is helpful. If you have any other tips in making little or not sleep type days easier please share!
