Can't feel "in love." How to fix this?

Yes you can. Love is a basic human emotion. That's like saying "I can't feel sad".

You can have a hard time feeling love, but you can get over that. People who are have Alexithymia usually end up loving somebody later. Watch some porn and come back to me and say you felt absolutely nothing.

I would not include lust among the varieties of love, because it is based in the body more than the mind.

You said that you want to keep her, and listen to her advice, but still want her to get in shape.

Are you in shape? Or is this something you can do, together?

I see your point. I was hoping I could find a way to work it out with this girl, but we'll see.

I'm no model, but I exercise and pay attention to what I eat.

Today, she said she may start walking on some days, and I told her I would gladly accompany her.

She is also making an effort to pay more attention to what she eats, which I appreciate.

If I watch porn, that's just sexual arousal. Not love. Lol
