Are those listed in the title common for those on the spectrum to experience?

It's difficult to explain without contradicting myself but I usually feel rather blank in terms of both my emotions and thoughts. I know some would argue that it's perhaps a manifestation of anxiety and depression, but I don't believe that happens to be true. I cannot discern if it's related to autism, a mental health problem or if there's something fundamentally wrong with my brain.

A lot of times I feel detached that way. Apathetic, unaffected - comfortably numb. Just sit and staring blankly at something. I think it's a sensory thing. Maybe like a mild shutdown, self induced tranquilizer idk.

yes a lot of the times I feel that way too. it's like my brain can't process thoughts or emotions.

and sometimes it just feels like it takes too much energy to interact with things anyways.

got diagnosed with depression and anxiety. when I was on Prozac, felt that way more often.

It definitely sounds like you have severe depression or an autism burnout. Have you felt like this forever or is this a recent thing? Are you seeing a therapist?

Prior to my ASD diagnosis, I underwent CBT and spoke to a psychiatrist because I had attempted to take my own life on two occasions. Though I cannot refute I have been depressed before, the feelings I inadequately described in my OP have been present most of my life. I guess it could be a reaction to overstimulation because I do become overwhelmed rather easily when I am expected to break out of my comfort zone. In many respects, my life would be so much easier if I could live like a hermit forever.

I'm not 100% sure if my life would be easier but I feel exactly the same.

Could be alixithymia, which seems rather common in autistics.

I have been diagnosed with depression as well, side from my autism and adhd.

I don't feel anything except the very obvious emotions like sadness and anger and joy but something like frustration is something i only notice if i look back at a situation.
