How do we deal with stress? I understand we all need a little but for me it can be overwhelming. I’m talking about trying to anticipate and manage it, rather than taking myself off alone or having to shut up the bodily shop to get through. Mine mostly related to having a hectic life with family and kids.

Exercise helps me a lot. Yoga is nice to work on stress relieving breathing techniques, but I really only feel better with a really difficult class that gets the endorphins going. Running or weight training are also good for this, but it depends on what you like to do. If I do something strenuous every morning it doesn't totally eliminate stress, but it helps a lot. I can feel that I am a super cranky different person when I don't exercise.
