I've worn a hoodie every day for the past 7 years with a tank underneath. I call it my 'uniform'. I wish I could go back to wearing more stylish clothes again but I am not comfortable if I'm not in my hoodie.

Yes, I like winter because of it. It makes me feel safer, the pressure and the "protection" from the outside world.

I appreciate everybody's responses. As I expected, there is a good number of people like me, but most are the opposite.

Through the years for me this one has changed.

When I was younger in my teens I would wear layers even on the hottest day. Now, I am more less the opposite I only wear layers in the winter especially when it is extremely cold.

When summer comes it is shorts and t-shirt what started that off was when I was working at a school in my early 20’s doing outdoor maintenance. Those job’s could be active so wearing layers on a hot day on a job like that was unbearable.

Interestingly, this is the opposite for me. It's only been in the past couple years that I've gotten like this. In my childhood and teenage years, I would go out wearing just jeans and a t-shirt year round, even if there was a foot of snow outside.

I don't like layers. I have jackets and coats of various weight. I always wear one layer, then throw a coat on. No coat in summer of course. So two layers is the maximum. I'm almost never cold.

Yes. Often a long-sleeve undershirt with a long-sleeve, button-down shirt or sweater over top. That is ideal. I love flannel pajama pants under regular pants, but often the regular pants feel too tight, then.

Not particularly but, given where I live and the time of year, I don't really have much of a choice in the matter.

I like to wear as little clothing as possible without being naked. I used to just wear tShirt, shorts, & underwear most of the time when I lived in Louisiana except I wore shoes & socks when I went out cuz it was hot & humid for half the year. Nowadays I live in Vermont & I have to wear pants & a jacket as well when I go out. I still only wear tShirt, shorts, & underwear at home thou even when it's below freezing outside. We have a heater. some of this is because I have skin eczema & my skin itches less when it can breath better.

in summer I dress uniformly in khaki trousers, cloth belt, lightweight breathable fabric, and a gray net undershirt, sleeveless. in winter I wear medium-thickness black trousers, leather belt, black net undershirt of a bit more thickness, plus a fuzzy-lined windbreaker, sometimes also a knit black cap. gloves most of the time. I add another jacket if it gets below about 50, that I put on top of the windbreaker.
