I used to. But then I realized that I don't have to put up with rude people. Since then, whenever someone "talks over" me at a meeting, I politely excuse myself and go back to my office. If anyone else thinks that my presence is needed, I go back. If no one else does, then I stay away.
Funny thing is that, either way, the rude person is usually chastised by the rest, and he or she is usually much more deferential toward me at the next meeting -- that is, if they are even
at the next meeting...
