So I have lots of stories that are similar but these are two that I remember a lot. I am just curious if you would classify my actions as NT, ND.

One time when I was younger my step dad was telling a story to his buddies that happened to both of us. He was totally lying and I was trying to tell his friends the truth, but he would not change the story and his friends wouldn't listen to me. I got so mad that I started to cry and I ran to my room steaming mad. I was 12

Another time I started crying in frustration because I made some bags for a theater show I was working on (for school). They said they would use the bags but they didnt. I started to cry and complain to my teacher about it. I was so mad for some reason. I was in 11th grade.

I don’t think these stories are either NT or ND. They are normal things to get upset about. Nobody likes to have lies told about them and to not be understood, and nobody likes to spend a lot of time and energy making something only for it to not be acknowledged by the people you made it for.

These were human reactions, I think.

I believe you sort of overreacted during the 11th grade example.

Perhaps they were intending to use the bags---but decided at the last moment not to do so.

Maybe an "NT" reaction because you felt your ego was screwed with.

I am confused. You have been both ND and NT?

No. I guess I just phrased the question wrong. I meant is this something everyone does or is it an autistic thing. But I think it was just a me thing. I was probably just having a bad day or something.

I would say while not everybody does these but that people of all neurologies do these. Autistic people might do this more than average because we tend to be very literal and particularly dislike the unexpected.
