I have this thing that really bothers me. I do not like when the tv volume is on even numbers. I need them to be on odd numbers. Ex) 3,5,7,9,11 NOT 13 though. Does anyone else have any weird things like this?

Yes, except I am opposite and like the TV volume to be on either an even number OR a multiple of 5.

Ughh I never want to be in the same room as you with the tv on. :)

The correct volume on our downstairs telly is 45.

My upstairs telly is 20.

Any other numbers are just plain wrong in our house.

It depends on the individual channel.

Some channels are louder than others.

I don’t like loud at all, and not so soft that I can’t hear what’s said.

For me it is even numbers. I tend to favor 4 or 8 if it is a favorable volume level. It is like with potato chips for example, I tend to keep the number of chips I eat in multiples of 4.

You always want it to go up to 11.

I'm with you kmarie, I usually have it on 15 unless the volume on a particular channel is too low and then I go up to 20. And if I am trying to hear it in the kitchen while I am cooking, I run it up to 25.

I did not know that there are sometimes volume numbers on a TV. I like the "off" setting.

Certain shows have a particularly loud theme tune that requires a sudden and brief reduction in the volume level.

My preference is that the volume is on a multiple of 5, a number ending in 5 or 0.

My volume is on a slider that shows on the screen. It's at 11. Some programmes are easier to listen to than others.
