This is a bit of a simplification... but is it that we're overly sensitive to stimuli? That definately explains the clothes and stimming, and social issues are a result of being preoccopied with these sensitivities.
really....
as a general rule, I care less than a flying f--- about what others think.
I stim as it's called, because if I don't, I won't feel anything at all, just pure emptiness, etc
My social awkwardness stems from not being able to read ppl and not knowing what to say in almost all social situations I deal with on a daily basis.
I don't think zee was saying you were concerned with anything. Zee meant sensitive like to the tight fitting clothes.
You really feel you HAVE to stim to feel ANYTHING? I thought it was merely a tendency that could be controlled.
The social awkwardness is somewhat related to that and the tendency to be, and want to be, honest and open. That explains the bluntness, seeming arrogance, naivete, candidness, some social problems, etc...
There ARE supposed to be parts of the brain to control that, maybe we're wired differently THERE also.
