Congrats.
I used to work with a woman who had competed in the Special Olympics.

I have heard of the Special Olympics, and am very glad that I never hear about single-use facilities being built for them. The regular Olympics have become like Godzilla, destroying the budgets of whole cities, and the homes of thousands. I am also very glad that they seem to have real competition, rather than the "touchdown runs" for various gimps that sometimes interrupt school games. Apart from that, I have no interest in the sports played.
