Why I have to have Aspergers? I have enough problems, I have Cerebral Pasly, Aspergers, Psoriasis, Dyslexia & Learning Disability, I also have arthritis & joint pain, I have pain in my hand, knee, feet, lower legs, lower arm & I now have colitis. I’m so overloaded, I really cannot handle this, I feel like I’m going crazy. Now my cat is meowing, she meowing for her can food, I forgot to give it to her. This has been a bad day, I been crying, feeling like I’m a bad person, a bad cat mom. I’m so overloaded with toooo many problems.

For the joint pain you may wish to try Glucosamine and Chondroitin. It has helped me with knee pain for six years. It does not seem to work for everyone. I used to think it was only for us old people however, my son also found it useful for wrist pain associated with his work.

As far as everything else goes, you may wish to take the time to just give yourself a break and do something you enjoy like a warm bath, read a favorite book, watch a favorite movie, etc.

Believe it or not, weaponizing autism is a real thing. It's possible to weaponize your autism to solve problems. Make it work for you.

I remember feeling that way. Good times. Some of the stress may be what others expect of you. Don't let them put extra strain on you.
Besides that, find what can help you. For me, music and anime helps. For you, it's most likely other things.
You may be a long sleeper, where your body literally needs an extra hour or two of sleep every night. You also have to embrace your differences. You're not going to wake up tomorrow being like everyone else. Be you. Be happy being you. It is hard, and it will take time, and maybe some therapy to sort it out, but it can get easier with time and effort.
And remember that it's okay not to be okay. If you need to, make a simple todo list on what needs to be done every day/every week, and see if there's a creative hobby you can work on to make something out of it all.
