We all have something that keeps us here and who we are regardless of whatever happens.

What's your one thing?

It could be a family member, a spouse, a feeling, materialistic object, a purpouse, or anything. Name it.

For me? Compassion.

"And of some having compassion, making a difference. And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh."

A sense of purpose:

1. I will raise my sons to reach their potential and be happy and proud of themselves.
2. Raising awareness and acceptance of Asperger's in the general community.

Oh and of course ............ chocolate!!

My husband. But also the need to be kind to other people - it tends to help rule out the aspie stuff like honestly that could be rude (although I sometimes forget to first be kind rather than be honest...)

Morning meditations, workouts, and my desire to change my life around, because I know it'll get much, much better.

I am generally stable most of the time. My stability doesn't hinge on one particular thing.
