I'm not necessarily talking about people making fun of you, but rather times when people thought you were being funny even though you weren't trying to be

Like for example today my coworker came by to talk to me, and at one point I glanced at my work sheet and said something like "I'm running behind, I'd better hurry"
She laughed and said, "oh Green, you're funny!"

I could tell she wasn't being mean, but I have no clue what it is about what I said that could have made her laugh

I'm also not sure why that was funny.

I have things like that happen to, always have. I say something, someone sincerely laughs, and I'm left with no idea why. If it's any comfort, it's not a just you thing.

Since I started working, I realized that people tend to laugh when they don't expect someone to be honest —in some cases, in others, they get upset.

Sure.

Ranging from asking what is considered a stupid question while catching others in a good and sociable mood, to them being outright surprised because apparently what I did or say or thought out loud were so outlandish, they thought it's a joke.

It's one thing to be unpredictable in a good way.
It's another if it's unintentional.

I think that, to her, it sounded like a pun.

You said you were "running" behind (which, to you (I assume), meant you were late in finishing your task list).
Then you said "I'd better hurry".

'Hurry' is often coupled with the word "running", so it sounded like you were gonna literally run in order to catch up to the completion of your task list. The silliness of imagining someone 'running' to finish a list is what made it funny to her.

'Tis my guess, and I'm stickin' to it. 8)

Doubt it.

Folks say "Im running behind" to complete a task all of the time. Maybe she thought he had nothing to do.

Thats the only reason I can think of that that phrase would make someone laugh (like when I was on the main register when our store opened late for a "midnight madness sale" which failed to draw...and it was deader than a doornail ...so I called for them to open a second register (as if it were busy)as a joke, and the pharmacist responded by laughing out loud over the intercom back.

My coworkers laugh at the things I talk about sometimes. Not maliciously.

Yes. Once in a while. I cannot think of any examples because it would have been years ago.
I'm usually very quiet around groups of people.
Once in a great while I would say something I intended to be funny, and they actually thought it was funny. Regardless of my intent, I like it when people laugh.

This is my experience too. People have always thought I'm a funny person just because I was the only one who would roast the hell out of upper management and their nonsensical policy changes. Like, I'm not trying to be funny, I'm just saying what I'm seeing.

The year was 2015, sometime in late June . . .

"Donald Trump is the worst possible candidate for US President!  He's an adulterer, a draft-dodger, a liar, and a thief!  He will divide this country in ways never seen before!  He hates women, science, the poor, gays, and ethnic minorities!  DO NOT VOTE FOR TRUMP!!", said I.

And they all laughed.

Yes, I've experienced this over the years too. I used to get irritated and agitated trying to work it out whereas now I'm okay with it so long as they're laughing with me not at me

As some people mentioned, it doesn't really bother me, and sometimes I kind of like it. It makes me feel charming

This used to happen to me often when I was in high school, in an environment full of NT's.

Work signed me up to go to a huge conference.
They asked me how I felt about it and I lied and said it was fantastic.
My flat effect was so hilarious they kept asking throughout the day and my varying answers, "Wonderful. Superb. Awesome," had them in stitches.
