And the cool part is, some people might absolutely love these sensations
I'll try for three of each.
**Touch**
Walking in loose socks over carpet
Sand or any kind of grit touching my feet... especially if it's "mystery grit" (like kool-aid powder or something) on linoleum... I'm in bare feet a lot
French kissing. I just don't get why people do it.

**Sound**
Very soft snoring. Loud snoring isn't nearly as annoying to me as the people who snore just ever so slightly.
People eating. They don't even have to eat like pigs. It's just the chewing and the clinking of their utensils.
Shovels/snowplows grinding on asphalt

**Sight**
Flashing lights, especially the god awful cinematography in the Saw movies. It's like every scene is FLASH FLASH FLASH
Hamburger meat defrosting in a sink. Gets me every time.
Babies. They're not cute. Puppies are cute. Babies are all shriveled and smell like bad meat.

**Taste**
Most of my taste aversions are because I hate the texture, so I can't really explain.

**Smell**
Coffee. Blechhhh! And I can smell it through three closed doors.
Axe. Any kind of Axe spray. I wish the trend would stop.
Cheap beer. Hell, even expensive beer smells like vomit and piss (the end result of drinking a lot of it), but the cheap stuff is the worst.

**Mixed**
Anytime a little kid starts screaming, I get this weird sensation of getting shoved backwards. What is that, some kind of audio-proprioceptive synesthesia? Does anyone else have this happen where a sense gets overwhelmed so much that it manifests in a physical way? I notice this when the snowplows are at work outside my apartment. I live on the second floor, but I can actually feel them right next to me, like they're on my skin.

Actually, I gave my autism doctor quite a long list, that I had not finished when he abandoned me.

At the moment, the two foremost in my mind are chlorine and garlic. Basal is pretty aversive, too. Some really mean people have given my Autism horse garlic before knowing he would breathe it on me and I would have a sensory meltdown. They thought it was funny.

For me there's
dry hands
stepping on gritty stuff with bare feet
anyone touching my back (I jerk away involuntarily)
orange juice pulp
smell of canned beets
french kissing :eew:
any persistent high pitched noise-volume doesn't matter
phone ringing
mushy overcooked vegetables

Yep, I have sound-touch synaesthesia, and it's actual synaesthesia, not my usual pseudosynaesthesia. I feel sounds, usually across the back of my head. I only realised recently that this was happening, and that it probably wasn't normally to feel like one was literally being struck/whipped in the back of the head during certain sounds.

I don't like the back of my neck being touched.

People talking.

I get this-all I have to do is think about sidewalk chalk, flour (cooking), or anything gritty or dusty on my hands and I get goosebumps and chills. It's bizarre, but I can instantly almost feel these things being scraped across my teeth and how awful that would be... if I preservate long enough on it, I will get physically sick. If I actually touch any of those things, then it's all over for me for a few hours because I cannot stop thinking about that awful feeling on my hands (or the sensation of the teeth thing).

I hate Axe and all colognes for men. But Axe is definately the worst. Old Spice is tolerable but I would prefer not to smell it. I also dislike the expensive colognes for men but luckily the men who use them tend not to use so much. But Axe is used primarily by teenage boys and young 20's (it seems) and they have no sense of restraint and just slather the stuff on till it is puke-inducing. Unfortunately, Axe is inexpensive so they can afford to do this.

The sound of metal rubbing on metal (like cutlery) makes me feel almost sick.

I can't stand hems and labels in clothing it's so itchy that it's painful a bit like how splinters feel in your skin but not quite as intense.

Bright sunshine is incredibly painful, my eyes response seems to be to water constantly.

Loud engine noises, I live near a busy road and occasionally there are vehicles with really loud roaring engines which really make me jump when they rev them up, I also don't like really loud motorbikes these noises really annoy me because I get such a fright. Certain oscillating base noises upset me a great deal and I have to shut them out my head, but the noise gets in there, oscillating up and down, those make me cry their such ugly awful noises, it feels like it's drilling into my mind, can't think at all about anything but the noise.

Some foods truly have a disgusting smell/taste, tuna steaks are an example, it taste/smells like dirty dog to me, sometimes when I go to people's houses and ask for a glass of water, the glass also has this weird dog smell to it and I can barely drink the contents because of the smell. I know I'm supposed to drink it out of politeness, but I usually just take a sip and have to leave it. Strong perfumes make me gag, Axe (Lynx it's called over here) oh gosh WHY do people like these body sprays there's a weird chemically-alcohol smell which is suffocating, and they always seem to spray so much of it on themselves....ugh, I hate when people have so much perfume on that you can smell a trail coming off them from where they have just walked, it stinks!

When I was growing up I was always getting shouted at because of my reactions to these sorts of things, food with weird texture (like pork with really jelly-like clods of fat on it) I would lose my temper and walk off, refusing to eat it, I was accused of being 'melodramatic' and 'picky' (no-one knew about my Aspergers back then)

I always jump whenever I hear the phone. And jerk whenever anyone touches me. I like to feel the carpet under my feet.

For some reason, my teacher keeps reminding me to put on something (some kind of artificial smell, although not always artificial, not my own smell) which bothers me.
I never do it, though.

General sensitivity to various touching. I really can't abide when someone is touching me anywhere (arm, shoulder). It's even when I'm fully covered with clothing.
Certain noises such as motorbikes and sirens, which is awful for me since my Dad owns a motorbike.
Hems and labels, although it's usually labels. They itch. Does anyone else get like that? -Although luckily I'm able to handle this by cutting off the labels.
Certain food textures like tuna and rice.

I can't stand bright conditions, whether it's bright lights or bright sunlight.

I also don't like loud noises, such as a room filled with talking people and loud music, or the sound of a round saw against wood, that sounds like a dentist's drill to me.

My sensory issues aren't all that severe, for the most part, but there is one thing that is extra horrible. That is dry, clothy/papery/cottony things on mucus membranes. Ugh!

I saw the dental hygienist wipe the inside of my kid's mouth with a paper towel, and my reaction, upon merely seeing that, was to go, "AAAAAGGGHH!! !!" The hygienist looked at me, puzzled, and I had to explain my outburst. She clearly had no idea what I was talking about.

I can't even type about it without getting a sick, creepy feeling all over.

Hm. I also hate when my fingertips are all wrinkled up (let's say I just got out of the shower) and I'm turning really thin pages, like from an old book. *shudder* After a shower, I usually put off reading or writing for about an hour until my skin plumps back up.

And people with dry skin and long fingernails scratching said dry skin. My grandmother used to do this a lot.

Human breath is a big one for me. I don't get how hard it is for people to just brush their damned teeth (NT people who I assume have no sensory aversions to such things). Anytime my ex would hold me close, I'd have to breathe through my mouth. At least chew a piece of gum, please. Ick.

I can't watch actors kiss. It grosses me out completely. And they have to make these disgusting noises, the smacking sound they make, it makes me want to retch. Noises people make when they eat...that's why I'd rather go out to eat alone, if someone makes eating noises it ruins my appetite.
