I know I watch people's mouths. I feel like I can read emotions in a person's voice much better than their eyes. I know my voice is flat though, and I never raise my eyebrows or feel like I am emoting with my eyes.

I watch their hands move about. Partly because gesticulations perplex me and amaze me. I don't gesticulate however. And partly because I can't make eye contact so the hands seem the best thing to look at.

Hey, I do watch people's mouths when they speak to me. I am also trying hard to smile with my eyes to look friendlier.

Mouths and hands. I am told that I don't use gestures (speech class), but I DO know that when I am angry or excited I tend to wave my arms all over the place while I speak.

I watch mouths. The first facial features I tend to remember are people's teeth, lips and facial hair.

A lot of times I'll stare into someone's eyes. DEEPLY. I'm staring into their soul. >_> Nah, but they are pretty nice to look into.

Mouth's because eyes are uncomfortable and I think I have a bit of CAPD and it helps to understand.

I just stare past people, mostly. The only expressions that I see are in my peripheral vision. Actually looking at a facial feature takes a lot of effort for me, and feels a bit too intimate, like I'm trying to see something that I shouldn't see.

I DO tend to watch the mouth. I wonder if NTs REALLY look at the eyes.

I always watch mouths, I think I get away with faking eye contact by doing this, if I look into peoples' eyes though I look like I'm staring at them and trying too hard to look into the eyes.

I watch the mouth if I am going to watch any facial feature, but if I had it my way I wouldn't look at them at all.

I can't stand making eye contact with people. I generally try to occupy myself with something around me while talking to people. I don't bring my field of vision anywhere near someone's head in fear of making eye contact.

Mouths and hands. I also look at their faces and body.
