What sensory issues drive you crazy?
Do you find stress makes these harder to deal with?

I notice flicking lights, sounds are worse for me, I can hear phones vibrate, and that high pitched noise electrical items make, I can't stand my hair being down

Yes I would agree with most of those items.

What really drives me mad is when you walk with someone who talks softly, then as you move from a quiet room to a noisy street with road diggers and motorbikes, the person continues to speak in a whisper tone.
I get my revenge by miming silently back to them as if I am saying something really important with the mute button pressed on a remote control. It really winds them up.

But my aspie traits are nothing compared to my stress levels when I am around inconsiderate drivers on the road, or seat hogging a-holes on a crowded bus.

Noise. It's always noise.

Sometimes it's smell: I don't wear perfume for example because the smell starts annoying me after a while, even if I like it.

The main issue, however, is noise: I'm bothered by my neighbor's noises ( tv, music, loud voices). At work I sometimes can't focus on my job because of the noises of phone calls, conversations etc.
Today I was annoyed because a collegue sitting near me listened to music over his headphones loud enough for me to hear it. It wasn't really loud but very irritating. I even thought about asking him to turn the music down, but I guess he would have thought I was just overreacting.

Yes, and vice versa: Noise can cause stress.

It's quicker to ask me what sensory stuff I don't have issues with.

Currently:
- Bright / flashing lights
- Loud / sudden noises
- Most body creams, etc
- hair

Sound, especially noises, like florescent lights, machinery, big wind chimes at the neighbors.

Light, especially flickering or changing lights. Real bright lights too. As a musician I often dislike the stage lights.

Scent. I never wear any scents and dislike most perfumes, etc.

Touch. I wear almost all cotton clothes as I find most other materials irritating. I never wear any jewelry or a watch.

I can't stand to wear any fabric that doesn't breathe. My skin starts to prickle.

Fluorescent lights don't bother my unless they're starting to flicker. I was in a room with a flickering fluorescent light and an ironing board with a gingham cover and the tiny checks looked like they were flickering too.

And be-bop jazz where the notes blat and squeak really loud and fast and atonally sends me into a rage.

HEARING AND TOUCH
What drives me to get so upset and angry to the point where I feel like getting on my backhoe loader and driving it through my neighbors garage is bassy sounds from drums and other instruments. I would get so messed up I couldn't even think straight. Earplugs didn't do any good and I can even feel the low frequencies. This music was so disruptive to me that I started going to council meetings. And what the cops wouldn't or couldn't do mother nature did for me to get rid of this annoyance. Their garage flooded and they were forced to move their instruments and annoy someone else. I wasn't the only one that complained, but it affected me so bad that I was in tears. Thank God I don't have to worry about them anymore.

SMELL
Another thing I'm really sensitve to is smelling cigarette smoke on ebay items and other people. I won't even let a person in my house who has been smoking and certain kinds of perfumes that makes me extremely sick.

LIGHT
Flourescent lights, especially cool white bothers me if the light is shining directly on me. The last place I worked at the flourescent lights bothered me really bad and sometimes I had to remove 2 bulbs to lesson the glare.

When I have to deal with these things, not only do they caue great stress but I become very excited and agitated, especially with low frequencie sounds, which cause me to start behaving irrationally.

Loud and sudden noises,
Pungent smells
Tastes, with bitter or spicy foods getting a strong gag reflection. and mixed textures give a reaction of a foreign object in there.

Skin sensations - itchy clothing (I am the Princess and the Pea), hairs tickling my face, heat/humidity
Light - bright sunlight, artificial lighting, if too bright or flickering
Smells - especially cigarette smoke, spray deodorants and perfumes
Noise - loud music seems extra loud and distorted to me and I will wear earplugs, when others don't even consider it to be too loud

Bright lights make my eyes water.

When people "chap" their food (is that what it's called?) it REALLY REALLY drives me nuts. (Chapping is that lip smacking eating noise). Arrgghh!

Light touch from clothes labels irritate me.

Clothes, big time. Not too tight, too loose and nothing poking or scratching me. I have a hell of a time with bras, usually wear the stretchy sport types.

Some noise and light, but I guess most people have a problem with, say, vacum cleaners and flickering fluorescent lighting.

Some food textures, an example would be boiled carrots, I like the taste but can't stand the texture.

Smells, I really dislike men's cologne, just a very, very subtle hint is okay, but most guys wear too much. My ex used to shower in the damn stuff, even though I told him I hated it. His defense was that he did it automatically without thinking and never caught himself before he'd put it on... he'd put the stuff on if only to go grocery shopping...

Wetness. If I KNOW I'm going to get wet, like washing my hands and doing dishes or laundry, that's ok, but touching something and getting something wet on my hands from the touched item, I find that really disturbing. Or SOMEONE touching me with wet hands.... My ex, again, wasn't too big on drying his hands, and for some reason it seemed like he always had to touch me when his hands were wet.
I'd freak, and then he'd complain that he never got to touch me and then'd we'd get into a big argument about it.

Oh, and of course, touching in general, I find it really annoying to be pawed at all the time, something else my ex never understood. there's a reason he's now an ex...

Probably more, but these are things that come to mind first...

Smell - too strong perfumes and spray deodrants and bubble baths and lavender body cream
Sight - too bright lights
Sound - too loud noises - cinemas and theatres are too noisy

Noises what hurt my ears
Plates and cups clanging against eachother
That dry, scratching noise when somebody is fishing about in the freezer
People walking about in the room above me (if the floorboards are thin)
Dogs with loud, high-pitched barks
Sirens
Toddlers screaming and squealing

Noises that make me jump
Dogs barking
Sirens suddenly turning on in the street
Car horns and car alarms
Smoke alarms
Bells (my worst fear when I was at school, spent nearly my whole school life avoiding being near a bell when it's about to ring)
Telephones ringing if I'm standing right next to one

Sounds that just annoy me
Babies/toddlers screaming and shouting
Kids yelling and shouting
Teenage girls giggling
Loud motorbikes/cars with loud engines
TVs murmuring from the next room
Household noises what I can hear from my room (except the hoover, it soothes me)
Doors slamming (especially when they don't need to be slammed but people can't be bothered to turn the handle and shut it gently)
Kettles roaring (especially if I can hear it from my room)
People chattering right outside my bedroom door or window (my room is downstairs)
Men throwing stuff into vans and making loud banging and crashing noises
