No, because you made the descision to take the mushrooms so you should still be held accountable for his actions.

No. I've had to block a good portion of the internet just to keep him out. So there are WrongPlanet members who can't use WrongPlanet anymore because of this clown.

I was afraid that might happen. You could probably get him banned from his university network (see my post here).

Dude, if you blocked me how am I still here? Wikipedia tryed to block me for 4 months & couldn't succeed because I have a very dynamic IP. Everytime you block me I just reconnect to the internet & get a new one. And no I don't get my internet through any university. You can block my usernames but not my computer.

I normally wouldn't do anything like that, but I was high and had ingested alot of caffine, which I am allergic to; this made me very paranoid & agitated. I had no idea what in the hell I was doing. You probably do drugs all the time but just aren't on the internet while you're doing them, so don't be a hypocrite.

You CAN be brought up on criminal charges and have a civil case agianst you as well.

he got through a hole in my htaccess file. I've fixed the ban and he hopefully won't be able to come back.

Wow, did you really spend your mushroom trip valdalizing a bulletin board? You must be one hell of a loser. Most people use that opportunity to talk to people or go outside or learn things.
