why do you need a specialist asperger school, if they get full time support in mainstream then they should cope fine

Do you want to be homeschooled?

Other than that, maybe you could call the local board of ed, or the head of the special education department at the board of ed?

I'm currenty homeschooled right now,but the work is WAY too hard,at least on my own,but i can't relate to NT's so i'm NOT going to a normal school,i'd rather die.

What curriculum are you using? Why is the work too hard? Can you ask your parents or instructor if you can set your own pace and follow your interests?

Have you taken any standardized tests for your grade level? Where do you place? Because as long as you place in the "normal" range, you should be allowed to set your own curriculum and pace.

if you are there not that bad, especially since you could probably get the help you need there. also if your worried about bullies thats just a fact of life, they dont go away once you get out of school.
so somehow you have to learn how to deal with them

Don't BS me:
1.I CAN'T get the help at a public school.
2.I have ben bullied since 2nd grade,if not earlier by a LOT of people, and I'M NOT going to a normal school,I WOULD RATHER DIE BY MY OWN HAND!! !! !

ok, well ive probably been bullied just about as long as you have and im still alive. what makes you think you couldnt get any help from a public school nowdays? i dont know what kind of situation you are in but when i was in school i didnt get any help for aspergers because they didnt know about it or something, and i still managed to get support in school.

If the work is too hard, you need a better instructor, better resources, better something. It doesn't have to be a whole new school.

Do not go back to public school if that would make you suicidal!

Autism Academy Of Learning
1546 Dartford Rd, Maumee, OH 43537 - 1374
tel: (419)865-7487

Is that near you? I think you can sue the school district to pay for the tuition if they cannot provide adequate services to you.
