Tyler. no jokes. you are a jerk. you are selfish. you think the world and everyone on it needs to abide by your every wish. it doesn't work that way. ... You are so f*****g High and Mighty it makes me sick sometimes. Come back down to the real world, it's not so bad as you seem to think.

I just want you to see that you need to spend more time seeing other people's point of view, and less time wallowing in your own.

It's all cool now. Still, I hate being seen like this. Especially from my older brother.

This is why the whole family thing is way over-rated. All they ever do is let you down and dissapoint you. I may just be eighteen, but I've been around my family (and others) enough to know that they're totally messed up. That's why family doesn't mean anything to me.

Sorry if that sounds depressing, but this is how family is perceived by me. And it's never good.

my sister says a lot of the same things...i think a lot of it comes from misperceptions of motive...for instance, I spend most of my time alone, in my room. When we were little, my sister thought that it was because I thought I was better than she was. I also don't give advice very well (tactfully) so a lot of times, she gets made at me for "pretending that I know everything." Sometimes explaining helps, but I think maybe it's best to just ignore sibling problems, since they often blow over.

ANALYZE IT! If it's true, take it to heart, and REACT! If it is false, he's an IDIOT! Just IGNORE IT!

There is nobody with whom I have fought & argued with as much as my brother and both of us when we get stuck in can get quite cruel to each other. When we we young my brother had to take loads of s**t from me he being the younger he would receive my frustration and anger especially when I had had a bad day at school (which was almost every one).

Good that it is cool now - My brother has been invaluable to me in enabling me to keep in touch with my family over the years.

i'm introverted so i live in my own little world.

I get that alot from my co-workers. They either realise there is something wrong with me or just think I'm an a**hole.

It must be harder for you though coming from a family member. Hopefully, he'll come to realise it's the former not the latter.

Hmmm after reading what some people's family members think of them, I'm starting to be glad I'm not close to mine.

My dad thinks I'm selfish and my mum thinks I'm stubborn. My younger sister thinks I'm weird.

Maybe he is right and pointing it out in a tactless way. Maybe he is wrong and acting like a dickhead. I don't know either of you and can't really judge. If something is mean it doesn't mean that it is wrong and visa versa.
