I'd rather wake up to the radio.

When I need to get up for some thing important I use the the buzzer. I normally though wake by myself no need for the buzzer.

The radio sucks, and my alarm clock is too standard to have a radio. Hoorah for minimalism.

normally radio, i hate buzzers! buzzers are generally the worst possible start into a new day!!
but for the last months i dont even need the radio, because i got a living alarm clock on two feet which is three years old and yells nearly every morning "papaaa auftsteeeehn!!" which means "daaaaaddy get uuup!!"
- so my answer is: none of both

Due to hearing problems, I can sleep throough a buzzer for hours. I have the loudest radio clock I could find and sometimes I still oversleep.

I have an alarm/radio but I don't use the radio cause it's really crappy and scratchy (poor reception).

But the buzzer isn't so bad cause it is a beeping which starts off very quietly and slowly just gets louder. But usually I wake up at it's quietest setting and it doesn't scare me to death like some other alarm clocks I've had.

Buzzer, and I usually wake up before it goes off. I seem to have developed the circadian rhythm of a monrning person without the optimism, perkiness, or the sensation that I'm actually "awake" even after I've gotten up and showered.

neither

I just wake up whenever my body feels like it. I'm out of school and work afternoons.

I used to be terrified of alarm clock buzzers, but not so much anymore. These days I use one of the rings on my cell phone which is very effective in waking me up. I have the radio on all night (it helps me sleep better), so using it as an alarm wouldn't really do much now, would it?

I wake up to a CD player. I have an alarm clock with a CD player, and even that is too annoying for me.

My hearing is so sensitive, sometimes I can hear the CD player kick on before it starts playing, and I hit the snooze button before I even hear one note.
