It's called dyspraxia or more commonly, clumsiness.

But no, I don't suffer with it.

I've always enjoyed sports, especially ball games.
I was a pretty mean tennis natural and enjoy non-contact ball games.

Indeed. Ok I'm self dxed, but sakes have I been there.

My aspie like attitude, I'm certain is the deal with it. It's the social stuff. That is why I hate playing sports with others, besides a quiet game of table tennis or hocky. I simply don't blend with the team.

Sometimes I have made the teams feel uncomfortable. They were all thinking "why is she just standing there looking odd like that? Wierd. This is the last time I offer to let her join in." Any group sport, I act 'flat' and unconnected just about every time.

I learned to enjoy weightlifting when much younger. It is a sport not involving much (if any) social contact, it is fairly cheap as far as equipment is concerned, and true bodybuilding is fairly complex if learned correctly, so it fits well with my need to learn absolutely everything about an obsession.

Also, once I became much stronger, I ceased to care what anybody thought about my other unique qualities.

Big brains and big muscles are a pretty potent combination and tend to scare off the bullying crowd, also.

i run 3 km on a treadmill every day. the other day i decided to run 5 and then went to sauna for 10 minutes and ended up in a hospital with a heatstroke, also because i neglected drinking regime that day, that was fun.

i don't like any sport involving cooperation with other people, though. i hate how serious they always take it.

I've never been a team player. I don't like depending on anyone else but myself. I'm not especially coordinated either. I've always preferred doing things myself and using that time to think.

Couldn't really vote, because there are some sports I hate with a passion and others I'm really quite keen on.

I hate playing team sports. Not only am I unable to comprehend the team tactics, but I am also quite clumsy when playing (probably because I'm worrying too much about how to play). I also despise the aggression that's often demonstrated in team sports (the swearing & belittling if you get it wrong :( ).

However, there are some individual sports that I'm actually quite good at. I think when the only person I have to worry about is myself then I'm OK.

I don't mind watching most sports, though I gave up on football (soccer) when it became too commercialised. The essence of the game is now buried by the need to make millions in profits, leading to a bunch of morons getting paid millions to kick a ball around (just jealous really  ).

I've enjoyed the olympics immensely, partly because it features a lot of sports that you rarely get to see, and partly because the UK is actually winning something for once :D

I like doing some sporty stuff, individual sport like swimming and I used to run before I had a back injury, years ago. But I've never enjoyed team sports, or doing anything competitively (sp?)
Yet I like watching team sports, particularly cricket and rugby league.

I love sports! I'm quite good at them, too.

I'm not athletic myself, but I like watching sports, especially running, swimming, skating and gymnastics. I appreciate the accomplishments of people who are the best, even though I could never hope to duplicate them.

I love to ski and swim. I also loved PE in elementary school because the games were fun. But it got all boring starting middle school because they took away the fun stuff. It all became pure sports. Only thing I liked was kick ball and batnet(sp) since we played it in elementary school but it was with a balloon. We also played batnet.

I also did weight lifting when I was 18 and I worked on the treadmill. It was to get my body toned up and I lost some weight by it.

Oh yeah I loved roller skating when I was 6. I had Barbie roller skates and I went roller blading often when I was 10 and 11. I also loved jumping on the trampoline

Now I do walking. I have to walk about everyday to get to places since I take the bus. On my days off I can be sitting at home and not go anywhere but I usually do anyway.
