Have you tried the well known stuff like avoiding too much caffeine, nicotine etc, I know I'm more sensitive to most things than most people, so that helps me if I avoid them.!


I try to limit caffeine and my smoking in the afternoon. As for medications I usualy have the opposite reaction to them than desired. One of the few that work right is nuroten but if I were to use enough to sleep I would still be stagering in the morning as it is a nuro supresent.
