1. Alcohol. I'm sorry, but I dont see the point in drinking something that would make me slow and stupid for awhile.

2. Buttons/snaps on clothing or... on anything. I'm going to completely spaz out if I have to touch them, and I dont even want to look at them. They're "gross" to me. I dont know why. Dont CARE why. They just are.

3. Cold things. I like heat. I need heat. I cant stand ice or snow. Or ice in drinks. Or most things that have been refridgerated, unless they're heated up afterwards. Even water that comes out of the fridge filter/dispenser/whatever-it-is-called, I get a glass of it but then I microwave it before drinking it, because it's cold. The weather most of all though; if it's below 70, it's too low temp for me. Dairy products are the one exception to all of this.

4. Movies. Argh. BORING. Usually mindless. And LONG. I dont watch TV either.

5. Kissing. Just... yuck. Do not want.

1. Newspapers. The ink smells horrible and it feels horrible to touch it.

2. Sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, or BBQ. Especially BBQ...when I tell people I don't like it, they always react with disbelief, and stare at me like I'm the strangest person they ever met. They say you can't be from the South and not like BBQ.

3. Makeup, nail polish, manicures or pedicures.

4. Men with hard muscled bodies. Not attractive or appealing to me at all. I like a soft belly on a man.

5. Vast majority of American tv shows and movies made after the mid-90s.

BONUS...Fountain drinks. They are disgusting. And I've heard too many horror stories about restaurants that don't clean out the machines. :eew: So tired of being asked if I'm "sure" I don't want a drink with my meal.

I second this....also:
-the feeling velvet causes if your fingernail drags across it...uhh
-people being on their phones so much
-commercials, I might loath them more than most people
-Whatever you call those stuck up upper class people that act all progressive/liberal like they care about positive changes in society and bla bla bla, while maintaining an unnecessarily lavish lifestyle and looking down their nose at others..as well as strongly supporting things like censorship in music, movies and other forms of art/entertainment they decide to take an issue with. :evil:

5. Lies - white lies, polite lies, 'socially acceptable' lies. LIES.

^ I do listen to music but only to very limited songs and only when I can concentrate on listening to them. I say I hate music because it's forced on me in most places (at work, in shops, in cars etc) and I get irritated and overwhelmed, especially when I want to concentrate on something else.

~~~
I add outdoor activities and perfume to my list. Now 7 altogether.
Usually these sorts of threads end up with people posting things they hate in general what most people can hate, like ''getting muddy'', ''being yelled at by boss'', ''being unwell'', etc.
But never mind. I will state 5 things what I hate what people have found unusual about me:-
1. Most love songs (I find a lot of love songs depressing)
2. People going ''sssshhh'' to me (I don't like to tell people that because that is weird)
3. Seeing tags in clothing (just makes me want to be gag, the same reaction people have when they see vomit)
4. Strangers standing in my personal space in shops (just makes me want to jump away like a startled animal)
5. The sound of most kettles from the next room (the long drone of the kettle roaring away gives me tinnitus)
There, now those are unusual.
I hate this as well--just the sound in general. I think it's because I associate it with a teacher telling the class to be quiet, which is something that bothers me.
Yes! Finally, someone who feels the same way as I do about this. I also hate seeing people's underwear, or their belly buttons or midriff skin.
4. Strangers standing in my personal space in shops (just makes me want to jump away like a startled animal)
I hate when I'm sitting reading at my locker, and people come close to me.
And here are 5 more:
1. Commercials, news updates, or anything on the radio that is not music. I can be kind of obsessive about hearing music on the radio, and I always clench my jaw, just WAITING for the next song.
2. Bubbles in drinks. And when you tip a cup of chocolate milk made with chocolate syrup, and there are these gross little...things on the side. I don't know how to describe it. But this makes me gag.
3. Being looked at, even for a second. Even when someone is sitting in front of me and turns their head sideways-ish so I can just barely see their eyes, I think they're looking at me, and this makes me uncomfortable.
4. When presenters insist on audience participation. It bothers me, because they always make a comment if no one participates, and I think it's unfair that a whole group be judged when it's everyone's individual choice if they want to participate or not. This is one of my major pet peeves.
5. When people don't hear what another person says, and it has to be repeated. I admit I don't always hear what other people say, but it bothers me.
Yes, I'm an extremely irritable person. :lol:
