What is your Nudist Quotient?

MegaPrude - I never take my clothes off for any reason and even bathe in my clothes.	1%	[ 4 ]

I am naked for most of the day. I sleep naked and I'm naked for at least 6 hours in the day.

I love the naturist beach as well.

I don't understand why people get dressed to go to bed.

not only that, but studies have shown that sleeping naked is actually extremely healthy. clothes can restrict the blood flow, but without any clothes at all, there's nothing to stop it.

if you're actually worrying about such when you should be sleeping, chances are the quality of your sleep is lacking.

some of us aspies have an enhanced sense of cleanliness or at least the absence of noticeable bodily secretions such as sweat and oils or worse, and clothing covers up some of this, making it all less apparent- so I am guessing the sensibilities of these aspies are offended when exposed to the un-covered. they may see natural bodily features and their associated secretions as "gross." just a SWAG. :shrug:

I also don't understand why people bother to put anything on when they get out of bed to make coffee or eat something, before they hit the shower and get dressed for work or whatever. I mean, people who live alone, or with their SO, and don't have kids in the home, that is. :?:
