I can listen to Christmas music at any time of the year and be happy. I also enjoy Christmas movies at any time of the year.

did you investigate that CD I referred to earlier [john klein @ the carillon Americana]?

I found it on youtube. So far, the only part I've listened to is Ave Maria which has always been a favorite of mine. It's a little different than usual and very pleasant to listen to.

the record was put together with stereophonic listening in mind, it is fairly spectacular in sound quality if listening on a stereo rig or good headphones, the mono version was somewhat lackluster.

It tells me that nobody with a family will have time for me this week. I tried going to a Christmas concert when I first moved here a dozen years ago, and wound up trying to hide my crying in public from loneliness.

I seem to have aged out of crying about being lonely. I guess that part of my brain burnt out from overuse.

I don't cry about loneliness, either. I'm not really so alone, anymore, now that I have a lot of social opportunities based on my interests. I haven't had any success in the dating world, but I hope that can change.

It reminds me of people being together and having smiles on their faces.
I associate it with good chistmas movies, which many movies are =)
There are other things it reminds me of, but thats mostly it..

I think solitude is sometimes beautiful, and stars in the dark sky can make very good company if we attune to their magic.. Hope and open heart can both bring forth and give out beautiful things
