As long as the hyper extroverts didn't interrupt formal activities, they didn't need to be kept under control. When they did interrupt formal activities, they were told to "Shut up, be quiet, stop interrupting the speaker, let other people speak too". Sometimes it helped and sometimes it didn't. In Autistic-run environments, there are often some loud voices who talk too much.
