I find it fun to exaggerate my movements and 'feel' it all?

I too thoroughly enjoy motion, as well as flexing my joints to the max. Hard to explain, it just feels darn good.

Most at the time, regardless of my mood, I can feel my movements and where my body is consistently and constantly.
My proprioception is very sensitive, yet without the usual downsides of sensitivity. The only bodily related issue I could possibly have is either pressure control on both gross and fine motor, or inattention related.

At the same time, my touch has lesser filters than my hearing. So yes, I've not also feel my body, but also the weight and any fabric of clothing that touches me throughout the day.
Then it extends to spatial... As in the nonvisual kind that the blind uses. I can also feel spaces, which spaces are occupied and the room itself, but not overall consistent.

Best I do this when I'm in a really good mood and pair all of it with exaggerated movements. Kinda why I like lifting heavy stuff -- to feel the pressure more, it's more or less equivalent to my old pencil breaking or can crushing, except less damaging and more useful.
This is also why I'd prefer to walk a lot for miles or so, most at the time even with the moods. Sometimes even with sickness and exhaustingly tolerance testing overall (dangerously perceiving) low sensory thresholds.
