Aspies looking younger than they are
I'm 38 and people tend to think I'm in my mid-20s. When I actually was in my mid-20s, people thought I was in my teens. I would get a lot of "oh, no school today?" for several years after I graduated high school, and I would still get asked for ID when I was pushing 30. Even now, my wife won't let me shave because she says I look like I'm 12 without a beard.

You're way too intelligent for my sarcasm.
i'm 40 and people think i'm about 27. walking into the casino the other day, this one guard squints at me and goes, "man, you...you look so young!" i was like yeah right, don't humor me, bro. i'm petite with small features so that doesn't help. i wish i had stronger features, actually. not because i find it attractive, but it would make life easier for me because i know how people judge others' hierarchal worth on silly superficial things like that. humans really haven't evolved past the whole "big nose=better to smell danger for tribe survival / long legs=better runner to ensure tribal escape" mentality, they just cover it up with different meanings.
I look younger than my age now. Someone once said I look 18 or 19. I have been asked a few times when I was living in Montana what grade I was in and I was out of high school.
I do not agree that looking younger is an aspie thing because I have known regular people who looked younger than their age. I knew a woman in her late 30's who looked to be in her 20's. My parents looked younger than their age too but it's amazing how much older they look now because I do not see them much anymore. People thought my mom was in her 30's when she was in her 40's. My dad is hitting 60 this year and he doesn't even look that old.
