I cannot stand heat and humidity. Being outside when it is hot and humid is a recipe for a meltdown. I feel like I'm suffocating. I like things cool and dry. (60sF and low humidity). my apartment's thermostat is set at 68F.

Does anyone else have to turn the temp on the AC way down to sleep during the summer? I have as I cannot sleep when it is humid out. If it is hot I feel like I cannot breathe. I have to have the temp at 60 to 70 to be able to sleep comfortably.

I don't think this is abnormal. I wouldn't be able to sleep in a room if the temperature were 70_F.

i'd rather it be naturally cool at night. a/c somehow makes me feel worse and sick. i just end up having clammy, cold night sweats then. needless to say, i am loving the cool weather we're having in illinois now. in fact i'm gonna go crawl into my nice cool bed right now.
