Not the same every meal, but pretty much the exact same foods everyday. Often in the same order

Usually its plain food, not too much fibre, no cow milk. Also I've noticed I buy long life food like dry soup powder or soup cans, wrapped chocolate, jars of peanut butter, tubs of fruit puree (softer on tummy than raw fruit) and sealed cardboard bricks of soy milk. I keep bread in the fridge so it stays fresh. So I guess I like totally plain stuff that can't upset my stomach in any way.

Glad I'm not the only one like this. I say to people that if it was possible to take a pill that gave you all the nutrition you need then I'd happily do it. But people think I'm crazy and that they actually enjoy the process of eating.

I've got a set small choice of foods and stick to them, but am very slowly trying to expand it so I can at least eat something in most restaurants. Something I've found that has helped is going to a Chinese buffet place that has loads of different things, just try a little bit rather than ordering a whole meal and not liking it.

I really like meat and have made myself a turkey burger for dinner every night for two months. Everything is kind of like that; I'm super picky. And of the foods I like they have to be prepared perfectly. I threw up in a restaurant once when the tomatoes were too chunky (I felt horrible about it, and they were so nice :( )

My breakfasts usually remain the same, the foods I eat for lunch and dinner are rather limited though, since I don't like trying new food.

Yes I'm notoriously picky also. I don't like my produce to have any blemishes and there are a host of other hangups I have. Don't get me started on utensils. Actually I have to use some self control or mind control to deal with some food issues. Like when I'm invited to dinner at someones home. Being polite is very important to me but it is so hard to down some of that stuff. I have to fight the gag reflex lol.

Every time I go to McDonalds I used to eat Chicken McNuggets. I never wanted to each Big Macs or any other hamburgers that the fast food restaurant offers. But when McDonalds started offering Chicken Select strips I started eating them too. But now I starting to eat hamburgers now, just plain hamburgers. But still eat Chicken Selects.
