Yes I feel all sensations in dreams, mostly sight and touch. I get alot of dreams of being held and hugged.
It's probably perfectly normal to feel touch in dreams, I've never noticed any correlations.

I've had dreams where I can feel touch since 4th grade (sometimes, this is a very good thing :P).
