Watchmen Aspergers/Autistic qualities

If you mean movies specifically...eh...most of them stray too far from the source material.
But if you don't really care, I would say just watch whatever, there's not really that many comic book series movies (if you don't count the billions of animated ones). IMDB will tell you which ones aren't worth watching
The last one I watched was Surrogates, which was actually a whole lot better than I was expecting. Haven't read the comic, but a quick skim of the Wikipedia page sounds like they didn't change too much (except for the happy ending, which while I was watching, I actually thought was going to end the way the comic does).

My absolute favourite: The Invisibles. Grant Morrison. Not just one paperback, though. I can't remember how many it ended up broken into, I've the individual comic books.
Sandman. Neil Gaiman. Of course. Famous and beloved. It went on for years and I can't remember how many paperbacks it takes to get the whole collection of that, either, especially since it keeps being re-released in different formats. There are also loads of spin-offs from it, and crossovers/parallel stories that are also around as trade paperbacks -- Hellblazer and The Books of Magic.
Preacher. Garth Innis.
Transmetropolitan. Warren Ellis.
Maus. Art Spiegelman. Two books. It won a Pulitzer. A holocaust story.
I've got a lot more of 'em, but probably don't want to list the whole collection, especially if you can't find the darn things. Maybe try The Enigma (Peter Milligan) which might still be about somewhere and includes the best supervillians ever and an aspie-like superhero of considerable moral ambiguity.
