A functional IQ test is better, but you still need to look at it in-depth rather than just the baseline score as it won't be the same as a "normal" person with the same score; it'll be more fragmented. Better in some areas, worst in others.

A functional IQ of 60 to 70 is a number that's often thrown around in books for people with AS.

I wouldn't apply this rule to all. Peter Pan emerges from within when I'm overstimulated/ stressed mainly in social situations and I make many poor decisions.

2/3 sounds about right. I know I'm probably about 17 or 18 mentally if I compare what kinds of things people are doing in their lives at different ages.
