Antisocial ain't "asocial".

Antisocial is the new name for psychopathy/sociopathy. If you put down, aggressive, wanting to get back at others, and other "violent" ones, this will go up.

I've never been diagnosed with any of these, the only thing I've been diagnosed with, when I was a teen, was Schizophrenia which was a terribly inaccurate diagnoses.

I do have Obsessive-Compulsive tendencies, but I don't know that its severe enough to warrant a diagnoses. But I'm not sure if the quiz is referring to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder or if its referring to Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, which are apparently two different disorders.

missboots,

Nah, it's not OCD (that's constant intrusive/obsessive thoughts and doing compulsions/rituals to help alleviate the anxiety they cause), but OCPD.

Not surprised about the high Schizoid score, but I am surprised about getting 70% for Borderline.

In case anyone's interested, these are the DSM-IV-TR criteria for borderline personality disorder:

The latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR), the widely-used American Psychiatric Association guide for clinicians seeking to diagnose mental illnesses, defines Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) as: "a pervasive pattern of instability of interpersonal relationships, self-image and affects, as well as marked impulsivity, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts." BPD is classed on "Axis II" as an underlying pervasive or personality condition, rather than "Axis I" for more circumscribed mental disorders. A DSM diagnosis of BPD requires any five out of nine listed criteria to be present for a significant period of time. There are thus 256 different combinations of symptoms that could result in a diagnosis. The criteria are:

1. Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment. [Not including suicidal or self-injuring behavior covered in Criterion 5]
2. A pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships characterized by alternating between extremes of idealization and devaluation.
3. Identity disturbance: markedly and persistently unstable self-image or sense of self.
4. Impulsivity in at least two areas that are potentially self-damaging (e.g., promiscuous sex, eating disorders, binge eating, substance abuse, reckless driving). [Again, not including suicidal or self-injuring behavior covered in Criterion 5]
5. Recurrent suicidal behavior, gestures, threats or self-injuring behavior such as cutting, interfering with the healing of scars (excoriation) or picking at oneself.
6. Affective instability due to a marked reactivity of mood (e.g., intense episodic dysphoria, irritability or anxiety usually lasting a few hours and only rarely more than a few days).
7. Chronic feelings of emptiness
8. Inappropriate anger or difficulty controlling anger (e.g., frequent displays of temper, constant anger, recurrent physical fights).
9. Transient, stress-related paranoid ideation, delusions or severe dissociative symptom

The only criteria that even remotely apply to me are 6 and 7.

Ive been dx'ed with quite a few of them but the only one that really fits me is schizotypal although i dont have the social anxiety or lack of friends normally associated with it. I also have traits of several other ones but dont think i fit the full criteria for them because im missing the key symptoms.

Schizoid Personality Disorder - individual generally detached from social relationships, and shows a narrow range of emotional expression in various social settings.

Oh yeah, that's me alright!

Sorry this looks funny. I tried to fiddle around with it to make it look nice, but I've got a fever, and I just can't cope with it at the moment. I don't know how to make that code-pasting thing work.

I know that autism and Asperger was very commonly misdiagnosed as schizophrenia in the past, but I didn't know it persist today. How old are you? When you were diagnosed with schizophrenia as a teen, was it a really long time ago? Did you hallucinate or show any signs of schizophrenia at all?

You are right, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and obsessive compulsive personality disorder (OCPD) are two different things. People with OCD have specific obsessions/ compulsions, such as checking and re-checking if the door is locked or repeatedly washing their hands to make sure they don't have some deadly desease. People with OCPD don't have these, and their apparent obsessiveness arises from a personality trait of being too perfectionistic (wanting everything organized, having high moral standards, high work standards, etc). People with OCD, on the other hand, are not perfectionistic, they just constantly doubt their memory that they actually locked the door, despite having cheked it 20 times.

As far as the test goes, it tests you for OCPD, not OCD, since it is Personality Disorder test and, as the name tells you, OCPD is the only one of the two that is regarded as Personality Disorder.

I was 14 years old when I saw that psychiatrist. I was extremely anti-social, I had some rage issues (I still do), I assume I had an odd posture and I know I've been told I do weird things with my body when I'm standing around or whatever. Very occasionally I will have auditory hallucinations or I'll see a blip in my peripheral vision. But I've never had any long lasting hallucinations/delusions. I'm 22 years old nowadays. So it wasn't too long ago she gave me that diagnoses.

Yes, I definitely have traits of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. My DSM-IV says that they have to take up an hour or more a day for it to be diagnosed, though, and I'm not sure how much time it takes. Though I do notice it getting worse lately.
