you can do it with one loop? :S. i learned when i was 8 or so. i do the simple double knot version.

I can do somewhat ok on social skills with masking.I also have become more clumsy with time but my anxiety can go way up on some days that is when my wife comes in handy to slow things down.When learning how to do things sometimes it takes a few times.
