it seems alot more like this than what anyone before you has described. i am thinking people are talking about 2 different types of burnout. the one being discussed most is not the type i'm talking about, which does not really matter because the advice given still applies.

Had just started to get out of minus energy level to what I would consider zero, and hoping to improve into a plus range.

NOW: Thinking STUFFED

Body a WRECK

EXTREME EXHAUSTION.... going to bed and extremely disheartened.

WHY: HOW:

Last night received a phone call from someone I'd emailed. ( I use email as it is easier for me to handle than speaking and trying to converse)

Email requested info about possible location for adult DX. Sent to relative who is a medico.

THE usual DEAL:

NO LISTENING to what I have to SAY..... just the old AGENDAS I'd expect from a medico but not a relative.

In other words an INQUISITION! Accompanied by all the " NON-VALIDATION" I'd get from a GP. And have gotten fromthem re another syndrome...ME/CFS.

Another stretch of Stuffedness that I was hoping to get out of and WAS making PROGRESS.

Until last night. :x

Yeah that link was good. I will read it fully when I get back home (I'm at an airport right now).
