I didn't see the photo before because I'd seen the story elsewhere, or heard it on the radio, so I didn't click the link. But yes, it does look rather absurd next to the headline 8O
Probably (as you suggested) it's wasn't taken especially for the paper but was dug out in a hurry. I could write reams about the contradictions in the notion of a married woman showing herself off sexually like that, but it pales into insignificance compared to what hubby was up to.
