I never knew anyone on the spectrum growing up. None that I can look back and say, "Oh hey, they're on the spectrum."

Don't know of any now, either.

Don't worry about it too much. If you're doing well that's all you need to think or worry about. IQ tests are mostly rubbish and are more suitable for identifying who may need a leg-up rather than identifying who is a genius.
