I have slept 12 hours a day the past 2 years. I think I have even slept 12 hours a day years before that minus high school years, but definitely on the weekends and holidays. I mean at times I have to wake up earlier, and sometimes I just go to bed at 9pm to wake up at 9 am. I have slept 14-16 hours before. My psych says it's a good thing for me to do the past 2 years since my brain is trying to heal from all the medication I was on and when I was in bad spot with depression for 8 years.
