My guess is that you are AS with secondary issues which are the source of your sporadic anger. I am not at all convinced that you are a narcissist, although I suppose that is possible. Keep in mind that it is quite possible for an AS to have a positive self-image, and to enjoy life, and this does not constitute narcissism.

At first I thought that was the code for the one you thought it was, but personality disorders are the 301s, not 300s, and there is no disorder that's coded 300.76 (or 301.76, for that matter.)
