As if the name "bumper cars" wasn't enough of an indication as to what the ride is about?

I was pretty young when I first experienced bumper cars, so I wasn't in on the game (although other kids my age were); I just hate being shoved. My naivete knows no bounds. I was at a club once listening to a band and saw a guy the size of a linebacker repeatedly shove down a woman who was very small. I went to find the manager to complain and he just smiled at me indulgently. That was my first time seeing slam dancing.

I remember having issues with bumper cars. People used to try really hard to get me into those, but I never did, because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to figure out how to operate them. That pretty much sums up my entire life, right there, I suppose.
